I teach a variety of classes:
-Booty Luv®, a fun & functional fitness class. We will focus on your booty (of course!), your hips and your core. Expect to work out and twerk out. Bring or rent a mat, no shoes needed.
-Power Vinyasa Yoga. Move through dynamic and strength-building flows that keep breath at the center of your movement. Bring or rent a mat, no shoes needed.
-Yoga Sculpt. A class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts into a simple yoga flow. Plus plenty of core work. Bring or rent a mat, no shoes needed.
-Cy/Yo. 30 minutes of fun, music driven spinning and 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Bring or rent a mat. Clip in with spinning shoes or wear sneakers.
